My wife and I would like to thank you and your company for such a pleasant experience. We recently closed on a wonderful home in Putnam County, which we have fallen in love with. We are anxious to get the move overwith and set up housekeeping.

I also would like to express my deep appreciation for agent Fred Ray. We met Fred after seeing one of his homes listed on the internet. We were first time homebuyers and sorely lacking in any knowledge of what we had to do. Although we wern't impressed with the home Fred was showing that day, we were thoroughly impressed with Fred and his knowledge of how the real estate business works. We decided on the spot to allow Fred to be our buying agent and it was the best decision we made in the entire process.

Fred spent ar least two weekends and one weekday driving us throughout the Kanawha Valley looking at homes. He also spent countless hours on the phone and at the computer looking up potential homes that matched our criteria. Fred also steered us toward a lender and was a tremendous adviser in financial matters with which we were unfamiliar. Our experience with the lending agent was less than pleasant, but Fred held steadfast for us and helped us look out for our own interest. In the end, we believe we won a tremendous deal. Fred also took us to lunch on two occasions-and put up with the nagging of our youngest one on days when it was well past naptime.

Fred is a credit to your agency and to your industry. Home buying is a jungle, particulary if you've never done it, and one needs strong and honest advice. Fred delivered and then some. Please extend our warmest thanks to him for a job well done. If we learn of anybody else looking for a home in the region-he'll be our first recommendation.
